Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Australian 9er Association will be held on 5th January 2026, 1900:00 hrs. AEDT, Sandy Bay Sailing Club, Hobart, Tasmania.
We will be providing the ability for members to attend the meeting via the conference call link. If you want to connect to the meeting, please email your details to [email protected] with your Name, Email Address, Class you Sail, State and your sailor’s name if applicable.
Thirty minutes prior to the meeting, we will send out an email invitation to the meeting.

Nominations must be lodged in writing with the Secretary ([email protected] ) no later than 19:00 on 4 January 2026. Email nominations are accepted and should include the name of the nominee, the position they are nominating for, the State they are from, the sailor(s) they are affiliated with, a proposer, and a seconder.
Any proxy voting arrangements should be lodged in writing with the Secretary ([email protected]) by 12:00 on 5 January 2026.
